Tenants Fees

Ivory & Hatton would like to ensure Tenants are aware of the following fees and charges that may be incurred before, during and after tenancy;

Commencement of Tenancy:

Upon finding your new home and paying a holding deposit, Ivory & Hatton will commence the tenancy administration process.

The below covers administrative costs for creating the tenancy agreement, referencing and all administration costs relating to the protection of your deposit with a recognised Deposit scheme.

References conducted by a third party and will require proof of identity and proof of current address dated within the last 3 months.
 

Cost Breakdown:

Holding deposit fee
This will be deducted from final move in balance due at the start of the tenancy

Tenancy agreement fee £350
Referencing fee £50 per person
Guarantor fee £50
Deposit 6 weeks rental
Your deposit will be protected by a recognised deposit scheme and certificate provided within 30 days of the commencement of your Tenancy agreement.

Interim Costs:

Renewal of contact £125
Amendment of contract / change in sharer agreement £125
If referencing is required an additional fee of £50 per person will be charged

Check-Out Inspection:

Under the tenancy agreement the Landlord is responsible for the cost of the Inventory and check in, the Tenant is responsible for the cost of the check out inspection at the end of the tenancy; this is conducted by an independent third party
